Notes

Equation: Frequency = 440 × 2 ^{(MIDI - 69) / 12}
This table uses 0-based MIDI note numbering, i.e. 0 to 127. Although far less common, you might also encounter the use of 1-based numbering for MIDI notes.
This table uses octave numbers based on Middle C = C4. You may also come across the use of MIDI note 0 as C0, in which case Middle C = C5.
